About This Experience

Immerse in the ultimate gastronomic experience of Demada Oya. Harvest wild greens and vegetables with farmer Sunil, select fresh herbs and cardamom in the spice forest, prepare 5 authentic curries over wood embers with Kumari, and savor a banquet served on fresh banana leaves.

"In Demada Oya, food has never been a commercial product—it is an act of care, an expression of the soil, and the heart of village hospitality. Kumari learned recipes passed down four generations, utilizing ingredients picked within meters of the hearth. You do not just watch; you grind, blend, roast, and taste."
